Locations are listed roughly East to West, in the direction of our ancestors' migration, and records are color-coded by family as given in the Legend below.  The untinted (white) table cells represent households included, at least temporarily, until I can determine whether or not they actually are kin.

In the case of CHENEY, DURFEE, HOLT, and HOPKINS we have identified our immigrant ancestor, each of whom is well known to New England genealogists.  Also well known is George BRUCE.  We haven't proven how we connect to him, but surely we must as his descendants are the BRUCEs in geographic proximity.  In the case of RASEY, Joseph RASEY I is probably the immigrant, but we don't know his origin or date of arrival.  In the case of BROWN, we are stuck in New Hampshire, so I've extracted many neighboring BROWN households in the hopes this will ultimately help identify our kin. 

UPDATE:  A male BROWN descended from our Willard BROWN on a patrilineal line was Y-DNA tested back in 2015.  He now has (as of 8 Sep 2018) solid genetic matches with three other New England BROWN families.  We have not connected on paper, but eventually we have to, so I'm adding their census records to these pages.
