Lucien and Ella had only been married two months at this time; and, presumably, Ella was placed last as an indication that she was not mother of these children.  Abigail is, of course, Lucien's mother.  They are living next door to Lucien's half-brother, Daniel HOLT, who is living five doors down from his brother, Elijah HOLT.  Lucien is the only GALUSHA in Carroll County.
