#49133 has no significant matches with anyone else in the entire FTDNA, Ysearch, and SMGF databases.  His highest matches at SMGF are a 16/17 match with a MARCOZZI of Italy, who has not tested DYS385, and several 21/26 matches with DA SILVA of Brazil, who do share his values of 15/16 at DYS385.  Still, as of December 2010, his haplotype remains unique at all levels (i.e., 12, 25, or 37 markers).
Under FamilyTreeDNA's "haplogroup assurance" policy, this member has received a free backbone SNP test.  The result (M70+) securely places him in Haplogroup T (formerly K2).

What constitutes a match?
Matches in other surnames are usually mere coincidence, so please ignore them — I'll let you know when you shouldn't!
For 12 markers: 9 or less is a non-relative; for 10-12 markers, please see this table compiled by FTDNA.
For 25 markers: 21 or less is a non-relative; for 22-25 markers,
For 37 markers: 31 or less is a non-relative; for 32-37 markers,
For 67 markers: 59 or less is a non-relative; for 60-67 markers,
For 111 markers: 100 or less is a non-relative; for 101-111 markers,
For any test:  0 matching markers, please contact NASA.
