of Loudoun Co., VA, then Vermilion Co., IL

No schedules exist for Grayson County in 1810, though we know from tax rolls and other records that CARRICOs were in the county not only in 1810, but well before. Although West Virginia did not separate from Virginia until 1863, I've treated those counties as if they were in West Virginia from the start.
