1Tested at Ancestry.com, so not included at FTDNA; brother of #222200.
Discussion:
The WFN Lyon(s) Project shows these individuals as belonging to two different families, namely, their Lineage IV and Lineage V.  What brings these two lineage groups firmly together is the 106/111 match between Lineage V #259306 and the Lineage IV WITHERS.  The only values that consistently separate them are mutations at the two most volatile of Y-DNA STR markers:  DYS464 and CDY, which may represent "branch markers" defining two different branches of the family. Not surprisingly, the three descendants of Jonathan LYON (two brothers and their father) match each other perfectly as do the two brothers who descend from Michael LYON.  The two who've only tested 37 markers need to upgrade to 67 markers, preferably 111.  I urge the brothers and father to join the Fathers, Sons, Brothers Project at FTDNA.  These pairings offer us the best probability statistics for the frequency of mutations as we know exactly how many generations separate them.
Their combined SNP test results (sans #259306 and 222200) are:
U106+ L48+ Z9+ Z12+ S18890+  L148- L188- L47-

Update (19 Dec 2014):  #259306 has informed me that an analysis of his BigY results shows his most downstream positive SNPs to be:
Z12+ > Z8175+ > S18890+ > FGC12058+
Update (25 Apr 2015):  #222200 has also taken the BigY and shares these results.

What constitutes a match?
Matches in other surnames are usually mere coincidence, so please ignore them — I'll let you know when you shouldn't!
For 12 markers: 9 or less is a non-relative; for 10-12 markers, please see this table compiled by FTDNA.
For 25 markers: 21 or less is a non-relative; for 22-25 markers,
For 37 markers: 31 or less is a non-relative; for 32-37 markers,
For 67 markers: 59 or less is a non-relative; for 60-67 markers,
For 111 markers: 100 or less is a non-relative; for 101-111 markers,
For any test:  0 matching markers, please contact NASA.
