1. The Daniel STRALE indexed in Ulster County is STRATE. 2. The Michal THARP indexed in Seneca County is enumerated STRAUP, but should be STRAUB (see above). 3. The Anthony STRAH indexed in Albany is STRAH. 4. I'm assuming all the STRANGs and STRONGs are STRONG, even though I have seen STROUP mis-read as STRONG. 5. The Mrs. STRAKE indexed in NYC is barely readable. 6. The Elisha SHUNK (Eliza STRANZ) indexed in NYC is unreadable. 7. The Eve STROP enumerated Oneida County is Eve (EDICK) STROUP (see above). 8. The Benjamin STROK indexed in Cayuga County looks like it might be SHOOK. 9. The George STROOKS indexed in NYC is indecipherable, but does appear to end "ks." 10. The Ebenezer STROOT indexed in Rensselaer County is indecipherable, but does appear to end with "oot." 11. I did not check the many STROUDs. 12. The three STROUGHs in Herkimer County are STROUGH, and so is the one in Jefferson County. 13. The Derrick STROUT indexed in Rockland County appears to be STRAUT or STRANT. 14. The George STROUT indexed in Oneida County is STROUT. 15. The David STROY indexed in Genesee County is STORY. 16. The Margaret STRUD indexed in NYC is indecipherable, but could be STREET, doubtfully STRUB. 17. The STRUNKs indexed in Rensselaer County are STRUNK. 18. The STRUNKs indexed in Cattaraugus County are STRUNK. 19. The James STRUNKS indexed in Cayuga County is STRUNKS. 20. The W. STRUP/STEUP indexed in NYC is indecipherable, but in any case is Free Colored. 21. The Frederick STRUPS indexed in Rensselaer County is STROPE (see above). 22. The John STRUSS indexed in Columbia County might be STRUSS, with long-s, but looks more like STRUP, to me (see above). 23. The Henry STRUT indexed in NYC is hard to read, but looks more like STREET. 24. The Chapin STRUT indexed in Orleans County probably is STRUT. 25. The Isaac STRUTA indexed in Saratoga County is hard to read, but probably is STREATER. 26. The Philip STRUNK indexed in Sand Lake, Rensselaer County, is totally unreadable. 27.
