The enumerator screwed up Lila's and Cestius's birthdates, birthplaces, and ages.  William died on 6 Jun 1900, so he while he is listed because he was alive on the official enumeration date, 1 Jun 1900, he was deceased when the family was enumerated, which means he was not the informant.  One suspects Bertha was the informant because she was the only one of the children whose data appear correct.
