It's a mystery why the enumerator didn't put "mother-in-law" in the relationship column for Nancy.  Also, Wilson and Maria are living in Nancy's house, so she could hardly be considered a boarder in her own home!  Living four doors from Maria's half-brother, John J. STRAUB, who is living next door to Martha (CORBIN) BENSLEY, widowed sister-in-law of Maria's brother, George Washington STRAUB

Maria is living with her brother, Benjamin Franklin STRAUB, who died in 1921, which is presumably why we find her back in Arkansas by 1926.
