Death:  3 Nov 1871, Waldo, Marion Co., OH
Occupation:  farmer

Eve's birth and death dates appear to be from a tombstone.  I suspect Eve was fibbing about her age late in life and that she was born earlier.

1820 PA York Co. East Manchester Twp. p. 67 Valentine Coleman Junr 100200-20200-0-000
These data indicate:
No. & Sex  Age Class Therefore Born Individuals Inferred
1 male 9 or under 1810-1820 = Joseph (b. 1820)
= John (b. 1818)
2 males 19-25* 1794-1801 = Valentine III (b. 1788)
= ?
2 females 9 or under 1810-1820 = Mary (b. 1817)
= ?
2 females 16-25 1794-1804 = Catharine
= ?
*In the 1820 Census, the third column is age class 16-18 and the fourth column is age class 16-25; therefore, any individual in column three is duplicated in column four.  By subtracting the number in column three from the number in column four, you can create an age class "19-25."
The numbers here are off, but surely this is our subject.  Obviously, another couple is living with them, and the "extra" daughter appears to be theirs.  Listed next to Valentine's brother, John COLEMAN, who is next to their father, Valentine COLEMAN (II).

1830 OH Crawford Co. Whetstone Twp. p. 177 Fetty Coolman 311 000 100 - 010 100 100
These data indicate:
No. & Sex  Age Class Therefore Born Individuals Inferred
3 males 4 or under 1825-1830 = Valentine IV (b. 1826-29)
1 male 5-9 1820-1825 = Joseph (b. 1820)
1 male 10-14 1815-1820 = John (b. 1818)
1 male 40-49 1780-1790 = Valentine III (b. 1788)
1 female 5-9 1820-1825 = Daughter A
1 female 15-19 1810-1815 = Mary (b. 1817)
1 female 40-49 1780-1790 = Eve (b. 1798?)
I wouldn't have guessed this was our subject, except that Valentine IV is said to have been born in Crawford County, and I could find no other Valentine COLEMAN in Ohio (the one in PA is Valentine II).  All I can guess is that Valentine's nickname was "Vetty" and the enumerator heard it as "Fetty."  Listed next to Valentine's brother, John "COOLMAN."

These data indicate:

2 males 20-29 1810-1820 = Joseph or John
