Bob FLOYD is not a biological brother to Myrtle (CORBIN) DILLARD (note the differing birthplaces of their parents). Myrtle is the daughter of Charles Solon CORBIN and his second wife, Eller __?__; Bob is the son of Robert Wesley FLOYD and his second wife, Elvira GUIN. The connection is that Charles Soren CORBIN married third to Emma Izora (__?__) FLOYD, who had been the third and last wife of Robert Wesley FLOYD. I guess that makes him Myrtle's stepbrother.
