Gilbert DILLARD
Mary E. __?__
Myrtle CORBIN
Belle M. __?__
Jessie E. __?__
Please Note:  I'm convinced that the difficulties encountered interpreting this family lie in the fact that the 1900 census enumerator grossly erred.  Whether he didn't know how to handle the situation (of a man with a prior wife and children), or whether Gill and/or Myrtle simply decided to uncomplicate things by giving false information, we'll never know.  Our subject did "have a past" — a conviction for manslaughter and a stay in prison (ca. 1890-94) while married to Mary — so he may have wanted to distance himself from that past.  On the other hand, if it was the enumerator's practice to handle a prior wife and children this way (i.e., as if there'd only been one wife), all the census records of the Chickasaw Nation in 1900 enumerated by him need to be viewed with this possibility in mind.

Myrtle Dillard is on the Dawes Choctaw Indian Rolls as roll #IW1259, card #3817. The IW prefix designates her as Intermarried White, and she is listed in the rolls under Choctaws By Marriage, age 20 (age on final rolls calculated to 25 September 1902).
Bessie Dillard is on the Dawes Choctaw Indian Rolls as roll #10768, card #3817. She is listed as 1/16th Choctaw, age 13 (age on final rolls calculated to 25 September 1902).

Based on other evidence, the conclusion I have come to is that the census is grossly in error with regard to the data for Myrtle.  While Gill was first married 12 years ago and while he is the father of the three children listed, that information pertains only to him and is wrong for her.  Myrtle was really born in 1882, as clearly shown by several other, stronger records; and they were really married in 1899, as indicated by Chickasaw Nation marriage records, which means, of the children, only Velina/Velma is Myrtle's.
Can't find Grover, but he is believed to have survived.
The birthplaces of Myrtle's parents are consistent with her being a daughter of Charles Solon CORBIN (b. MS) and his second wife, Eller (b. AR).  Myrtle is not a biological sister of Bob FLOYD, who is the son of Robert Wesley FLOYD and his second wife, Elvira GUIN.  The connection is that Charles Solon married third to Emma Izora (__?__) FLOYD, who was formerly the third wife of Robert Wesley.

Even if Gill were 3/4 Chocktaw, the children would only be 3/8 Chocktaw, not 7/8.  However, the Dawes Rolls show Gill as only 1/8 Chocktaw and the children as only 1/16 Chocktaw.

Is it possible this Jessie is Gill's wife, but her stone was misread as to her birthyear (should be 1904)?  Or a typo was made on data entry?
