Effie should be age 52; Bertha should be age 46; and, of course, the parents birthplaces are wrong. The only reason I can think of that they were enumerated twice, with so many errors in the second enumeration, is that they moved right about the time the census was taken. It's possible the informant here in Long Beach was the landlord, guessing at most of the information for his soon-to-move-in tenants. Or whatever...
