Wyandot Co. Republican 4-26-1900 ELISHA CORBIN
Elisha Corbin, a resident of Wharton for many years, died at his home in that place last Thursday, after a lingering illness, suffering from the infirmities of old age.  He was aged 79 years, and his wife and 5 grown children survive him. The funeral occurred Saturday morning, interments occurring at the Lee Cemetery.

7.  Archives of the CORBIN-L mailing list (online at RootWeb.com).
Elisha C. CORBIN (b. 4 Apr 1821, PA) married Mary CLOUD in Pickaway Co., OH. Elisha's parents were Nicholas CORBIN (b. ca. 1784) and Mary BROWN. Mary (BROWN) CORBIN died in Wyandot Co., OH. Children of Elisha C. and Mary (CLOUD) CORBIN were: Elizabeth, William, Mary Ellen, Elisha C. Jr., and Samuel Nelson CORBIN, who married Amanda REYNOLDS on 10 Feb 1870 in Wyandot Co., OH.
"Nicholas" has to be a mistake.  It is Nicodemus CORBIN who married Mary BROWN (in 1810).  Mary (BROWN) CORBIN is in the 1850 Census of Hancock Co., OH, living two doors down from her son, Silas, so I'd be surprised if she died in Wyandot Co.
