*The county was divided into just two districts:  from 1804 to 1806, into North and South Districts; and from 1807 to 1809, into East and West Districts.  The change tells us that Samuel was in the southeast quadrant of early Christian County, which later became the southwest quadrant of Todd Co., when it was formed in 1820.  This location is confirmed by the location of the West Fork of the Red River in today's southwestern Todd Co.
It seems Samuel has sold his land and is preparing to move away.

Please note:  I have the microfilm, but not a microfilm reader.  I'm making trips to the local library and gradually getting the pages photocopied.  It's worth viewing the original rolls because the most valuable information — in terms of establishing who's who — is the "In Whose Name Entered" data, which few transcribers extract.

Jane is nowhere listed as head-of-household, but she appears to be living with her daughter, Lucinda (DAVIS) STAMPS.  There are obviously other kin in the household besides Widow Jane and Lucinda's nuclear family, but it's hard to know just who they are.
