2.  1870 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com):  In Lamartine, Fond du Lac Co., WI, there is a Frederick HARMER (æ 44, b. England) and his wife, Elizabeth (æ 39, b. VA), and their children.  There is no daughter, Cora G., but there is a daughter, "Ceregorta" (æ 10, b. NY).  As incredible as it seems, "Ceregorta" appears to be a terribly garbled version of "Cora Gertrude" (or whatever Cora's middle name is).

3.  1880 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com):  In Lamartine, Fond du Lac Co., WI, there is a Frederick HAMMER (æ 50, b. England) and his wife, Elizabeth (æ 50, b. VA), and their children, including daughter, Cora (æ 21, b. NY).
