The only STROUP enumerated in the 1830 census of Jefferson Co, MO (or all of Missouri, for that matter), was Peter STROUP, Sr., so it's not likely that this individual was an adult male. Could this be Peter's wife or child? The only other STROUPs buried in this cemetery are John STROUP (s/o Peter Sr.) and his wife, Elizabeth, plus John's son, Peter STROUP.
