Someone, in a different hand and a different pen, has added the zeros to Cols. 11 and 12 for Sarah.  It appears the enumerator accidentally left the columns blank, then someone came back and filled them in, without turning the page to see the children on the other side.  Annie (STRAUB) GREENWELL is labeled, "Aunt," in 1910.  Listed two households from Edna TWIMAN (living w/aunt & uncle), their son, Leonard's, future wife.

Genealogically speaking, it makes an enormous difference whether Annie (STRAUB) GREENWELL is Frank's aunt or his sister.  But the problem is, looking at Annie in the two censuses living with her parents (prior to her marriage), Annie has no brother, Frank, and no brother, at all, old enough to be Frank's father.  So… are they first cousins?  Listed next to Sarah's brother, Louis A. TWENTE, who is next to their married son, Leonard STROUP.
