1810 PA Northampton [now Lehigh] Co. Upper Saucand p. 31/71B Shenerborough George 10101-10211
These data indicate:
No. & Sex Age Class Therefore Born Individuals Inferred
1 male 9 or under 1800-1810 = George (b. 1808/9)
1 male 16-25 1784-1794 = Jacob (b. 1787/8)
1 male 45 or over in or bef. 1765 = Jacob's Father (George)
1 female 9 or under 1800-1810 = Daughter A

1 female 26-44 1765-1784 = Elizabeth (b. 1783/4)
1 female 45 or over in or bef. 1765 = Jacob's Mother
The 1820 census shows that by 1810, Jacob was married and had two children; yet, Jacob is not found as head-of-household in the 1810 census.  It appears that he and his wife and two children are living with his parents.  The list is alphabetical, so no neighborhood reconstruction is possible.

5.  Census Microfilm Records:  Pennsylvania, 1850 (Broderbund CD-305):  Upper Milford Twp., Lehigh Co., PA, p. 30, enumerated 7 Sep 1850 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):
76 78 George Shantzenbach 41 M Carpenter 800 Pennsylvania
    Elisabeth   " 25 f     do
    Alfred      "  2 M     do
  79 Jacob Shantzenbach 62 M Schomaker   do
    Elisabeth   " 66 f     do
    Carline     " 26 f     do
Jacob Shantzenbach 30 M Carpenter   do
    Amanda Els   "  5 f     do
This record is hard to figure.  Presumably, George is their son and the younger Elisabeth is his wife, with Alfred their son.  But if the younger Jacob is their son, why is he listed after their presumed daughter, Caroline?  Is it because Amanda is Jacob's daughter?  There is a 15-yr-old Amanda WEAVER living with John SCHANTZENBACH in the 1860 census.  Could these be the same Amanda's?

6.  1860 Census Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com, Image #2 of 51):  Dillingersville P.O., Upper Milford Twp., Lehigh Co., PA, Roll M653_1130, p. 380, PN 2, 13/13, enumerated 1 Jun 1860, official enumeration date 1 Jun 1860 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):

Elizabeth    " 46 F   Servant     "
Jacob        " 40 M   Carpenter   140 "
Christina    " 31 F         "

Listed next to son, George SCHANTZENBACH.

4.  Burial Records of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Congregation, Lehigh Co., Penna., 1758-1902 (online in the USGenWeb archives).
Burial Record of Zions Lutheran Cemetery at Old Zionsville, PA.  This list was compiled in 1902 and 1903 and lists the marked graves of 803 burials from 1758 when the church was founded on this site to 1902.  There were also 393 unmarked graves - a total of 1223.  These burials were on the north and later on the south side of the present church.  This listing was made by Rev. I.B. Ritter and these young men: Homer E. Shimer, Eli C. Marsteller, Harry B. Fogel, Harry W. Shimer, Charles W. Hunsberger...
SCHANTZENBACH, Johannes -----------------Born, Sep. 01, 1812 --- Died, Jan. 12, 1871
SCHANTZENBACH, Caroline -----------------Born, Jan. 29, 1823 --- Died, May  31, 1864
Caroline appears to be our subject's unmarried daughter, but where was she in the 1860 census?  I cannot find her.
