3.  1900 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com):  can't find.  Oklahoma did not achieve statehood until 1907; however, there was a territorial census in 1900.  I did a page-by-page search of Sallisaw.  I did find three of Isaac's siblings in the Cherokee Nation.

LITTLE (1854-1930).  Listed next door to Isaac's married sister, Ellen Hattie (RASEY) HOLLAND, with whom Rutha (HONEA) HOLLAND, widow of Ellen's late brother-in-law, George W. HOLLAND — and Isaac's future wife — is living.

ROGERS - Joseph Edward Rasey, 82, of Rogers, formerly of Sallisaw, died Saturday, July 8, 2000, at his home.  He was the owner of R and H Paving and
Construction in Satucoy, Calif., for 30 years.  He was the past owner of Joe's Lawn and Garden in Rogers and an Army veteran of World War II in the
African Campaign.  Funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Rollins Funeral Home Chapel of Rogers with burial at noon Wednesday at the V.A. National
Cemetery in Fayetteville.  He is survived by his wife... five children... 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
