Elizabeth's middle initial is clearly, "B."

12.  Harvey Hostetler.  1912 [reprinted 1970].  Descendants of Jacob Hochstetler.  Gospel Book Store, Berlin, OH 44610 (excerpt courtesy of Sue Davis), p. 713:
6609, Sallie H. Stroup, 6607, Wilgus, Pa., was b. Apr. 4, 1872, and m. William H. Millard who was b. May 12, 1850.  [children] Maggie, 6610; Elizabeth, Feb. 26, 1894 - ; William, Mar. 28, 1897 - ; Sarah, .....19, 1899 - ; Virness Rebecca, Jan. 18, 1901 - Oct. 3, 1901; Archie L., Aug. 25, 1903 - .
Other sources say "Virness" is "Bernice," which certainly makes more sense.

13.  Ralph Stroup (of Salpulpa, OH).  [nd]  Family Group Sheet No 25909. Everton Publishers, Inc., P.O. Box 368, Logan, UT 84323-0368 (republished 1998 as Broderbund CD-13, Disk #1).  This family group sheet is the source of Sarah having died 10 Aug 1951 in Ashtabula Co., OH (and being buried in Geneva, OH), but my complete inability to find her after 1900 makes me wonder.  Or did she remarry?

14.  Broderbund.  World Family Trees.  Volume 9, Pedigree #2571.  This file appears to be the source of Sarah's middle name being given as "Nochfetter" and Elizabeth's middle name being given as "Orange."  The file also shows Sarah's birthplace as Houtzdale, Clearfield Co., PA, but her parents were living in Juniata Co., PA, in the censuses before and after Sarah's birth.

15.  WorldConnect / Ancestry World Trees (online at RootsWeb.com/Ancestry.com).  Files there have picked up "Nochfetter" as Sarah's middle name (having imported the WFT file as indicated in their sources).
