Anthony FISHER
Nancy STROUP
Amanda __?__
Please Note:  Anthony's 1900 census record does not support that Nancy was still living (see Sources below).  This contradicts the file at WorldConnect.  I don't know where the errors lie, but I have to give more credence to a primary source than a secondary one, so I'm giving Anthony a second wife.

I find it hard to believe this is Nancy.  Then again, I do not find Nancy anywhere else and the file at WorldConnect indicates she is still alive.  Still, it does appear that Anthony has remarried and that Nancy's deathdate may be in error.  Listed four households from Anthony's married son, Ferdinand FISHER (æ 46, b. Apr 1854, MO).
