Gawin and Jane (Lane-Wilson) Corbin, of "Peckatone," and "Lanesville," b. 1715.  He was educated in England, and took a prominent part in affairs of Church and State; was a Vestryman of Old Stratton Major Parish, and a Burgess; his portrait, by an eminent artist, is still preserved in the family.  He m. his cousin Letitia Lee, dau. of Hon. Richard and Martha (Silk) Lee, of London, England. (See Lee lineage.) Issue:
21--1. Martha, b. 1738 d. 1792, m. Col. John Turberville, of "Hickory Hill," Westmoreland Co., Va., son of Col. George and Martha (Lee) Turberville, of "Hickory Hill," and had issue. (See Turberville and Lee lineage.)
