It appears, here, that WILLIE is the surname of Jewel's late first husband, but secondary sources show her full name as "Willie Jewel CARRICO."  I would be inclined to think the latter are incorrect, but her death record (online at Ancestry.com) gives her name as "Willie Jewel RICHARDS," RICHARDS being the surname of her second husband.  Or is the error in her death record?
