This record was hard to read.  I have not been able to connect Clinton CLARK to Benjamin Franklin STROUB (or to his late wife, Martha OWENS), so I suspect the connection is with Bernice.  That is, I suspect that it's Bernice who is Benjamin's (or Martha's) niece, which technically means Clinton is not their nephew, but "husband of the niece."  In other words, I suspect the blood connection is with Bernice, not Clinton.
