If no footnote is given, my reading of a name agrees with the FTM 1820 Census Index (Broderbund CD-314); otherwise, below is their indexer's reading of the name:
1Jacob Stricker.  The name is faded, so it's difficult to tell whether this is "Strickerer" or simply "Stricker" with a long flourish.  The indexer obviously saw it as STRICKER, and I'm being influenced by the fact that I know there is a STRIKER family in the township.
2The names are faded and both have long flourishes, but they appear to be just TAYLOR, and the Broderbund indexer appears to have thought the same.
3Elijah Tilton.  I agree that TILTON makes more sense, but I don't see the cross of the T.
4David Collery.  The first letter of the name is definitely "O"; the second letter is a blob.  There is a ULERY family in the township, and my guess is that that is the name the scribe was attempting to spell.
5Nathan Keatch.  The first letter is definitely "V," in this scribe's odd way of writing one.  It helps to know there was a VEATCH family in the township.
6Willaim Wilson.
7Cornal Young.

"The Cloud" is double-speak for "dumb terminal on a main frame." Been there; done that. Never again.
