If no footnote is given, my reading of a name agrees with the FTM 1820 Census Index (Broderbund CD-314); otherwise, below is their indexer's reading of the name:
1Jonathan Daniels (the "Mc" does appear to have been added later, squeezed in).
2Could be McLee, but there may be a letter between the "L" and the "ee."
3Joseh Matheney (must be a typo, not a misreading, but can foil a search on the CD).
4Really just an "N" followed by some bumps, not even distinct enough to count (5 to 7?); it could be anything (no ascenders or descenders).
5Cornelius Peatt (second letter is a blob, so could be Pratt or Peatt).
