This Indenture made this Sixteenth day of December in the year of our Lord Christ Eighteen Hunared and twenty between Thomas Bryan of the County of Christian and State of Kentucky of the one part and Peter Thompson of the County & State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of three acres of land purchased of the said Peter Thompson adjoining the Land on which I now reside a title to which land purchased as aforesaid is this day conveyed by Said Thompson to John S. Anderson of the aforsaid county.  He the Said Thomas Bryan has granted bargained & sold and by these presents do grant bargain Sell alien enfe(?) of and conform(?) unto the said Peter Thompson a certain tract or parcel of Land lying and being in the County aforesiad on the waters of the West fork of Red River containing three acres and bounded as followeth (to wit)

Beginning at a black oak South East corner of William Wallace land running thence North thirty eight poles to a Black oak thence east twelve & a half poles to a Black Jack in said

Thompson line thence South thirty eight poles to a Stake in said line thence west twelve & a half poles to the beginning.

Edwards Clerk of the County Court afsd do hereby certify that the within Indendure of Bargain & Sale was on this day produced to me in my office and acknowledged by Thos Bryan the grantor herein named to be his act & deed & ordered to record where upon I have truly recorded the same together with this Certificate in my office [?} given under my hand the 2nd January 1821.
