BROTHER JOHNSTON:--Our Evangelist brother Lowe is doing a good work; he and brother Anderson had twenty-five additions at Danville, eighteen by immersion, the balance otherwise. Brother Lowe did the preaching. Brother Lowe immersed five also at Harrison's School-house, he is now at San Jose; had a day or two ago immersed fifteen, reclaimed several, and organized a church with sixty members. About thirty of these were taken out of the Santa Clara Church. THOMAS THOMPSON.
Brother Johnston:--At our last meeting at Danville, we had three more
immersions.
SANTA CLARA Nov. 10th, 1870. JAMES ANDERSON.
