Both of Charles's parents were born in AL, as shown for Martha.  For Martha's relationship, the enumerator had written Mother over Sister, or vice versa.  The relationship should be to the head of household, so Martha should be shown as Charles's sister.  The three children are Martha's, so they should be Charles's niece and nephews, not his siblings.
