I cannot figure who Mary TROUP is.  Peter's mother is named, Sarah, and she's still alive and living with Peter's father.  Nancy's mother is named, Mary, but she should be surnamed EKAS and should be age 50, not 60.  The page couldn't be more clear or legible, so I can't have mis-read it.
