Sadly, we don't seem to be getting much in the way of accurate (or even rational) information from this enumerator.  If Hattie was born in Sep 1892, then Norma cannot have been born in Feb 1893, which is only five months later.  It appears, from later censuses, that Norma was born in Feb 1894, so would have been age 6 in 1900.
