It's hard to say what the relationships are here. Normally, I would say Amelia was George's mother, but this census-taker has proven unreliable with regard to supplying surnames that differ from the head-of-household. In other words, geography makes me think Amelia is Emma's mother and that Amelia's surname, along with John's, is not STOLL/STAHL. Ann E. DIDDLEBAUGH apprears to be the widow, Anna Eliza (STOLL) DIDDLEBAUGH; she is very likely George's sister.
