Roland is indexed with middle initial, "S," but I find it indecipherable (could be S or L or T); in 1870, his middle initial is clearly, "T."

6.  1860 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com, Image #99 of 162):  Long Run P.O., 2nd District, Jefferson Co., KY, Roll M653_377, p. 1043, PN 99, 722/690, enumerated 31 Jul 1860, official enumeration date 1 Jun 1860 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):

Martha (nee SMITH) is William's wife.  Listed two households after married son, Allen PROCTOR (æ 26, b. KY; wife Lavina, æ 19, b. KY), and three households before Rowland PROCTOR (æ 23, b. KY; wife Sarelda, æ 19, b. KY), who is presumably the "R. PROCTOR" of the 1850 census, though the ages for both Allen and Rowland are "off."

7.  1870 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com):  Elizabeth not found, but we do find sons Fenton PROCTOR (æ 49, b. KY; wife Harriet, æ 30, b. KY), R.T. PROCTOR (æ 36, b. KY; wife Zerilda, æ 30, b. KY), and Wm. PROCTOR (æ 32, b. KY, wife Martha) still in Jefferson Co., KY.

9.  LDS.  Family Search: Internet Genealogy Service: Pedigree Resource File (index to CDs, online at FamilySearch.org).  Over a dozen files have been submitted here by Andrea Marie NOWLIN, all of which incorrectly show our subject as the Greenville PROCTOR married to Desiah HAM.

10.  WorldConnect / Ancestry World Trees (online at RootsWeb.com/Ancestry.com).  Numerous files here also contain the mix-up of the two Greenville PROCTORs.
