I'm uncertain of the spelling of the street name (and unfortunately, I couldn't read it, at all, in 1910). Also, the answers to question 18 for Cline and Catherine apprear to be "no" — both the handwriting and the image are bad enough that it's hard to tell — but it seems impossible to me that a grocer would not know how to write. Note that the answers to the same question in 1910 (#24) were "yes."
