Tabitha, b. 7 October 1745; m. at Amenia, New York, 30 September 1761, Dr. Abiather Millard, b. at Rehoboth, Massachusetts, 22 Jun 1744, son of Rev. Robert (Nehemiah, Robert, John) Millard, b. at Rehoboth 20 April 1702, and Hannah Eddy.  (New York Genealogical and Biographical Record, 47: 250.)  He d. at Penfield, Ontario County, New York, 1811.

Soon after marriage they moved to Dutchess County, New York, where their first child was born.  Subsequently they lived in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, Bennington and Pittsford, Vermont, and Penfield, New York.  He bought land in Pittsford, 11 April 1788, which he cleared and on which he built a house and was a subscriber for the library in 1796.  (Caverly's
Pittsford, p. 226.)  Millard Fillmore, thirteenth President of the United States, was their grandson.
