Birth: 2 Jan 1844, Medina Co., OH Death: 4 Oct 1887 Occupation: lawyer Father: Joseph Warren METCALF (1810-1889) Mother: Mary Ann DEMING (1819-1892) |
Marriage: Aug 1871 |
Wife: Sarah C. STROUP
Birth: 22 Jul 1850, Spencer Twp., Medina Co., OH Death: 2 Aug 1933, Elyria, Lorain Co., OH Disposition: Ridgelawn Cemetery, Elyria, Lorain Co., OH Occupation: homemaker Other Spouse: m2. Sylvester Delancy FULTON Father: Silas STROUP Mother: Abigail KLINE Apparently Sarah's tombstone indicates she was born 22 Jul 1845, but in the 1860 census, she is age 10; in the 1870 census, she is age 19; in the 1880 census, she is age 30; and in the 1900 census, she gives her birth mo/yr as Jul 1853. So, the day and month on her tombstone are probably correct, but the year is clearly not. |

On the other hand, if you feel I've made an error, please don't hesitate to notify me, but in which case, There are over 18,000 pages on this web site, and I simply don't remember every page, much less every person on every page. |
"The Cloud" is double-speak for "dumb terminal

The IT guys on the big iron hated the Personal Computer because it gave users freedom and power; now they've conned you into being back under their control. |
