Octavia appears to be lying about her age (no surprise because she's older than her husband).
They are living next door to Isaac & Salina HUNTER on one side and Daniel & Martha MANN on the other.
I'm not convinced that Charles Jr.'s age is correct; either that or his birthdate is incorrect. If he was born in 1821, he should be 29.
