1 male 4 or under 1825-1830 = Charles (b. 1821/2)
1 male 10-14 1815-1820 = William (b. 1816/7)
1 male 15-19 1810-1815 = Daniel (b. 1810)
1 male 40-49 1780-1790 = Charles (b. 1786/7)
1 female 4 or under 1825-1830 = Nancy (b. 1824/5)
1 female 15-19 1810-1815 = Elizabeth
1 female 30-39 1790-1800 = Nancy (b. 1791/2)
Daughter A is either married or deceased.  I don't like the fit with son Charles, but then, census-takers do make errors.  Otherwise, the record is a good match for the family.

5.  1850 Census Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com; Image #6 of 90):  District No. 2, Todd Co., KY, p. 247A, 25/25, enumerated 24 Jul 1850 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):
Charles Mann 63 M Ordnd M.E.M. 900 Va
Nancy L. " 58 F     "

Mary A    " 25 F     Ky

Octavia    " 25 F     "
Nancy B    " 25 F     "
Isaac W     "  9 F     "
Elizabeth C. "  7 F     "
Nancy A      "  4 F     "
Mary A. is Wyatt's wife; Octavia is Charles Jr.'s wife; Isaac, Elizabeth, and Nancy A. are Charles Jr.'s children.  I'm guessing that Nancy B. is the daughter of Charles, Sr.  They are living next door to Isaac & Salina HUNTER on one side and Daniel & Martha MANN on the other.

Legend for numerical data:
A = White Males 21 or over; B = Blacks over 16; C = Total Blacks; D = Horses
Abbreviations:  E F = Elk Fork of Red River, which is today in Todd Co., KY.
There is a white male between 16 and 20 in the household.  Nancy is too young to have a son this old, unless she was lying about her age in the 1850 Census, which could very well be the case.  As expected, Charles disappears from the Christian Co. Tax Rolls when Todd Co. is formed in 1820.
