On motion A. Man, ordered that Finis Ewing, Joshua Cates and Peter Ferguson be appointed Commissioners who with the heirs of Charles Man deceased do make a deed of conveyance of fifty acres of land in Lincoln County, Kentucky on the waters of Dicks River to Stephen Turner in compliance with an obligation given by said Charles Man deceased to said Turner.
Stephen Turner of Lincoln Co. is married to Mary Roundtree, sister of Susannah Roundtree, wife of John Mann of Christian Co., apparent kin of Charles and Andrew.

On the motion of Samuel Moore assignee Charles Man, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that 200 acres of land granted to Charles Man by the Court of the Commissioners No. 3416, that thirty nine acres had been taken by a better claim which is certified to Auditor or Treasury accordingly.
