Lucretia was tallied in the wrong age class, but surely, these are our subjects.  List was roughly alphabetized.

5.  1850 Census Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com; Image #114 of 427 — indexed "Galiaffus Jacob"):  Biglick Twp. (Dist. 48), Hancock Co., OH, p. 445B, 139/139, enumerated 3 Sep 1850, official enumeration date 1 Jun 1850 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):
Taliaferro Jacob 62 M   laborer   Va
Lucretia 55 F       "
Solomon 37 M   laborer   "
Emily 23 F       "
James 21 M   laborer   "
Robert W 20 M   laborer   "
Taliafero D 11 M       O
Williams H  9 M       "
John T  3 M       "
Lucretia is certainly too old to have birthed John and probably too old to have birthed William — it's a stretch for her to have birthed Taliaferro.  Is John an orphaned grandson?  Or is he Emily's illegitimate son (see 1860)?  Daughter Elizabeth appears to have been skipped by timing — an an enumerator or subjects who failed to follow instructions.  That is, Elizabeth married David EGBERT (æ 28) on 22 Aug 1850 in Hancock Co., but David was enumerated as unmarried and living with his parents on 9 Aug 1850.  In the 1860 census, David EGBERT (æ 39) is living alone, so apparently Elizabeth died without surviving issue.  Listed next to Levi JACOB (æ 34, b. OH, wife Elizabeth Ann). Listed three households from William ILIFF, who married our subjects's daughter, Emily, in 1851.

6.  1860 Census Index/Images (online at Genealogy.com, Image #7 of 28):  Vanlue P.O., Big Lick Twp., Hancock Co., OH, Roll 982 (Book 1), p. 219A, PN 45, 315/305, enumerated 13 Jun 1860, official enumeration date 1 Jun 1860 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):
Lucretia Jacobs 64 F       100 Va
Toliver    " 20 M   Farm Laborer     O
William H  " 19 M   "     "      "
Emily Iliff 34 F   Servant     Va
John      " 12 M         O
Thomas J  "  6 M         "
James M   "  5 M         "
Sarah Ann "  1 F         "
Emily did not marry William ILIFF until 1851, and William did not have a son, John, with him in the 1850 census.  It appears that the John ILIFF (æ 12), here, may the John T. JACOBS (æ 3), in the 1850 census, raising the question as to his parents and true surname.  Was he an orphaned grandson?  Or was he Emily's illegitimate child, adopted by William ILIFF?  Listed next to Levi JACOBS (æ 44, b. VA, wife Elizabeth).
