Some secondary sources are saying the children were "born in Celina," apparently because that is the name of the Post Office on this census page.  People don't live in the Post Office.  These were farmers who lived out in the country — in this case, Liberty Township — who had to hitch up the wagon and go into town to pick up their mail.  Assuming the children were born at home, they were born in Liberty Township, not the Town of Celina.

Maggie has shaved two years off her age, as an unmarried woman would be likely to do.  Listed two households from married daughter, Mary (HARDSOG) DEBOLT (æ 37, b. Sep 1862, OH), and her husband, David DEBOLT (æ 39, b. Aug 1860, IN), and their children.
