Delphia cannot have been born this early if she's our subject's daughter, and the censuses support this birthyear. I'd peg more likely peg her as Joseph's sister, not his daughter.

5. 1850 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com): not found, and I did a page-by-page check of Jefferson Co., MO. In Jefferson Co., MO, there is a widow, Mary FRAZIER (æ 64, b. PA), so we cannot ascribe all the FRAZIERs in Jefferson County to our subject. And the fact that Mary is born in PA and Sullivan FRAZIER gives his parents as born in PA raises the question as to whether he is son of our subject or of Widow Mary.
