2. 1880 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com): Franklin FOUST (æ 10, b. PA) is living in Richland Twp., Clarion Co., PA (p. 326A), with his parents, William FOUST (æ 45, b. PA) and Mary (æ 44, b. PA), plus nine siblings, including Rebecca and Wallace. 3. 1890 Census: the 1890 Census Population Schedules were destroyed. 4. 1900 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com): Wm. F. FOUST (æ 27, b. Sep 1872, PA) is living in Akron (Ward 4), Summit Co., OH (p. 13A), with his widowed mother, Mary (__?__) FOUST (æ 63, b. Jul 1836, PA), plus two siblings, Rebecca and Wallace. There is a Belle STRAUB (æ 24, b. May 1876, OH) living in Akron (Ward 5), Summit Co., OH (p. 18B), with Nicholas & Ellen PONTIUS (q.v.), who would appear to be the one who married our subject. The only problem is that this one is shown born in Ohio. Was the informant Nicholas or Ellen PONTIUS, and did they err? I cannot find any other Belle STRAUB who comes remotely as close. 5. 1910 Census Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com, Image #12 of 26): 433 Allen Street, Akron City (Ward 5), Summit Co., OH, Roll T624_1233 (Part 2), p. 138B, SN 6B, SD 18, ED 149, enumerated 19 Apr 1910, official enumeration date 15 Apr 1910 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):

Everything I have is online at this web site. I have no further information, so please don't write asking me if I do.
On the other hand, if you feel I've made an error, please don't hesitate to notify me, but in which case, There are over 18,000 pages on this web site, and I simply don't remember every page, much less every person on every page. |
