Richard Johnson DAVIS
Susan B. PARRISH
Sarah Ann WARE
Husband:  Richard Johnson DAVIS
Birth:  Dec 1810, KY
Death:  11 Nov 1903, San Antonio, Bexar Co., TX
Disposition:  buried City Cemetery #2, San Antonio, Bexar Co., TX

Given Richard's age when he married in 1840, it's likely he had a marriage prior to Susan.

Marriage-1:  8 Oct 1840, Woodford Co., KY
Wife-1:  Susan B. PARRISH

Numerous secondary sources have Susan dying in 1887 and being buried in San Antonio, TX, but it was not our subject's wife, Susan (PARRISH) DAVIS, who died in 1887, it was his daughter, Susan Parrish DAVIS (see below).

Marriage-2:  6 Apr 1847, Christian Co., KY
Wife-2:  Sarah Ann / Anne / Annie WARE
Birth:  29 Jun 1828, Hopkinsville, Christian Co., KY
Death:  7 Apr 1897, San Antonio, Bexar Co., TX
Disposition:  buried City Cemetery #2, San Antonio, Bexar Co., TX
Father:  James WARE
Mother:  Joanna Thompson PARRISH
Children with Susan B. PARRISH:

It isn't Richard's wife, Susan (PARRISH) DAVIS, who's buried in San Antonio, it's his daughter, Susan Parrish DAVIS (see next source).  Several files by different submitters include the error.
