Asher C. DAVIS
Mary RASCO |
Husband: Asher C. DAVIS
Birth: 1792/3, NJ? NC? Death: in or aft. 1850 |
Marriage: 31 Dec 1811, Christian Co., KY |
Wife: Mary "Polly" RASCO / RASCOE
Birth: 1796/7, KY Death: in or aft. 1850 Father: Capt. William Marcellus RASCO Mother: Rachel HARRELL One secondary source has Polly married to Samuel SMITH; another secondary source has her married to both Asher DAVIS and Samuel SMITH. I have not found a marriage record with a Samuel SMITH, either before or after her marriage to Asher. Given her youth when she married Asher, if she did marry Samuel, it was as her second marriage and after 1850, so in any case, Samuel SMITH was not the father of any children with her (she was too old to bear any children after 1850). |

Everything I have is online at this web site. I have no further information, so please don't write asking me if I do.
On the other hand, if you feel I've made an error, please don't hesitate to notify me, but in which case, There are over 18,000 pages on this web site, and I simply don't remember every page, much less every person on every page. |
"The Cloud" is double-speak for "dumb terminal
