OH).  He is not the William DUNKELBARGER living in Shawnee Twp., Fountain Co., IN (p. 93, 101/101), who is age 17 and born in PA.

3a.  1860 Census Index/Images (online at Genealogy.com; Image #1 of 15):  Bruces Lake P.O., Harrison Twp., Pulaski Co., IN, Roll 290 (Book 1), p. 983, PN 41, 288/288, enumerated 4 Jul 1860, official enumeration date 1 Jun 1860 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):¤•

Conrad Cupp M 15 W Day L     Ohio
Mary Elizabeth (CUPP) DUNKLEBARGER had a brother, Conrad, who was age 15 in 1860, but he is enumerated with his parents Conrad & Sarah Ann (KESTER) CUPP.  Could Conrad have been living back-and-forth between the two households and have accidentally been enumerated twice?  (It happens.)

3b.  1860 Census Index/Images (online at Genealogy.com; Image #1 of 15):  Bruces Lake P.O., Harrison Twp., Pulaski Co., IN, Roll 290 (Book 1), p. 983, PN 41, 285/285, enumerated 4 Jul 1860, official enumeration date 1 Jun 1860 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):¤
Christian Dipert F 55 W Farming 2500 100 Pa
Samuel M 18 W Farm L     Ohio
Elias M 16 W       "
Julia A. Dunkelbarger F 12 W       "
Listed three households from our subjects.  It's very hard to figure who Julia is.  William is old enough to be her father, but William was unmarried and living with his parents in the 1850 census.  There is no other DUNKELBARGER family in the county.

3c.  Census Records:  Indiana, 1860 (Broderbund CD-304):
Indianapolis P.O., Centre Twp.-North Half, Marion Co., IN, p. 772, 301/241.
27A Stanridge, W.J. M 30 W Speculator $1000 $500 Indiana
28A Stanridge, Lucy F 29 W   $0 $0 Kentucky
29A Ford, Fletcher M 30 W Laborer $0 $0 Indiana
It is highly likely that, at age 50, the "Lucy J. STANRIDGE" who married William DUNKLEBARGER in 1880 was a widow.  I have no proof that this is the same woman, but she is the right age, was born in the right place, has the right name, and is in the right state.

8.  The Gene Pool (online at Ancestry.com).  I've inserted a column (colored yellow) giving the birthyear from the censuses.

John Pierce Dunkleberger 1863 1871/2 North Bend Twp, Starke Co, IN William Dunkelbarger Mary E Cupp
Elizabeth Dunkelbarger 1868 - North Bend Twp, Starke Co, IN William Dunkelbarger Mary E Cupp
I wish people wouldn't guess at birthdates.  Bad data are not better than no data!  I've seen no evidence for a second Elizabeth.
