3. According to Leon Meyers (file at WorldConnect), Daniel is in the 1860 Census of Claiborne Co., TN, and is age 31, b. Tenn. If so, this age is in conflict with his age in the 1830 and 1840 censuses, and it raises the question as to whether he actually is the son of Abby CUPP. It also raises the question of why he didn't show up in the 1850 Census of Claiborne Co.
