Geographical Notes:  Christopher's father lived in the part of Monongalia Co. that became part of Preston Co. in 1818; presumably, so did Christopher.  These Virginia counties became part of West Virginia when that state was formed in 1863.  In Ohio, Fairfield Co. was formed in 1800 from Ross and Washington Cos.; Licking Co. was formed in 1808 from Fairfield Co.; Hocking Co. was formed in 1818 from Ross, Fairfield, and Athens Cos. — thus, the changing counties below indicate genuine moves by our subject.

I have a letter dated March 23, 2003 from the Fairfield County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society that confirms that Conrad Cupp and Frances Cupp, his wife, are buried in Row #6 of the Zion- Mt. Nebo-Nego Cemetery, North side of Drinkle rd. (cr 71) 1/8 mile east of Hedge Rd. Additionally, Lucy A. Cupp is buried in the same row. This cemetery is in Madison Twp.

They show Conrad being born in 1800 and died in 1888. Frances was born in 1802 and died in 1886. Lucy died June 2, 1895 aged 76y 2m 18days...

8.  Birthdate calculated using Ben Buckner's Birthdate Calculator.
Name Deathdate Age at Death Result
Lucy CUPP 2 Jun 1895 18d 2m 76y 15 Mar 1819
(Calculated birthdates should always be prefaced with "ca." — you can't be certain the person who calculated their age did it correctly.)
Lucy's age makes her a probable sister or sister-in-law of Conrad.
