1830 MD Baltimore Co. 4th Ward Baltimore p. 200 William Coburn 100 010 - 001 010 no slaves
These data indicate:
No. & Sex  Age Class Therefore Born Individuals Inferred
1 male 4 or under 1825-1830 = Josiah/Joseph (b. 1828)
1 male 20-29 1800-1810 = William (b. 1800)
1 female 10-14 1815-1820 = ?
1 female 20-29 1800-1810 = Arminella
This record may or may not be our subject, but I could find no other more likely.  The female born 1815-20 is too old to be their daughter.

3.  1840 Census Index and Digital Images (online at Ancestry.com; Image #7-8 of 12; extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):

The male in his 20s is too old to be their son.  Listed five lines above Thomas REESE.

William appears to be lying about his age, something widows and widowers were inclinded to do, but see that he also lied in 1860.  He's 70 in the 1870 Census, and that age is more likely correct because, otherwise, William got married first at age 16, which simply didn't happen.

John and Ellen SHERRY are Lucinda's children from her previous marriage.  They are living two doors from James SHERRY (æ 40, b. Ireland) who may be a brother of  Lucinda's late husband.  Listed ten households from William's son, Josiah CORBIN, who is listed 13 households from William's daughter, Sarah Jane (CORBIN) UPDEGRAFF

Father William has apparently died, so the youngest child is living with his half-brother, George.  They are listed two households from Jerome's full-brother, Thomas CORBIN
