Where's Catherine?  There's something wrong with the location on this record.  Why would someone living in Huntingdon Borough not get their mail at the Huntingdon P.O.?  Mt. Union is in Shirley Twp., three townships away from Oneida Twp., where Huntingdon Borough is located.  The location simply doesn't make sense.  Did the enumerator get his field notes mixed up when filling out the schedules?

Emsey should be 34, not 25.  Catherine was not with them in the 1860 census.  Is she really their daughter?  Is "Annie" in 1860 "Jemima" in 1870?  Listed next to John's father, David CORBIN, who is two households from John's brother, George H. CORBIN, who is two households from their brother, Abram CORBIN, in one direction; in the other direction, listed next to John's brother, William E. CORBIN

I checked the image at Ancestry.com (E.D. 194, Image 31 of 33), and Horatio's middle initial is "F," but a grandson is firm that his middle name was Gates (and that his nickname was "Rush").  The tail end of Jemima's name is unreadable.

Ellsworth appears to have gotten himself enumerated twice, once with this mother and once with his sister — the differences are certainly cautionary with regard to depending too much on census records.
